At Gio, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in Derbyshire, England.

We use trusted, fully tracked delivery services, including DPD, to provide a reliable delivery experience both within the UK and internationally.

UK Delivery

Saturday Delivery — £9.95

Order before 1pm on Friday for Saturday delivery.

Next Working Day delivery applies to eligible UK mainland orders dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays and certain remote or offshore destinations.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 working day. During particularly busy periods, promotions or new collection launches, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

Please note that the delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after the 1pm cut-off will be processed for dispatch on the next available working day.

Next Working Day and Saturday delivery are available to eligible UK mainland addresses only. Bank Holidays and certain remote or offshore destinations are excluded.

While we make every effort to dispatch qualifying orders on time, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

UK Offshore & Islands

Deliveries to destinations including the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are charged separately from our UK mainland delivery service.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

European Delivery

We ship throughout Europe using fully tracked delivery services.

Delivery charges vary according to destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

European orders typically arrive within approximately 3–7 working days from dispatch, although customs processing and local delivery networks may occasionally affect delivery times.

USA Delivery

We offer both Standard and Express delivery to the United States.

International delivery charges vary according to destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Most international orders arrive within approximately 5–12 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

🌍 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY — DUTIES & TAXES COVERED

We want shopping with Gio to be simple, wherever you are in the world. For most international destinations, Gio covers applicable import duties, tariffs and taxes through our delivery arrangements, helping to ensure there are no unexpected charges when your order arrives.

In exceptional circumstances, additional charges may be imposed by local customs authorities, governments or delivery agents that could not reasonably have been calculated or prepaid by Gio. Any such additional or unforeseen charges are outside Gio's control and may remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

We want ordering from Gio to be as straightforward as possible, wherever in the world you are.

For international destinations where we offer delivery at checkout, Gio covers the applicable import duties, taxes and standard customs charges associated with your order.

This means the price you pay at checkout is intended to be the final price you pay, with no additional standard import duties or taxes to pay upon delivery.

Where applicable, these charges are settled by Gio through our international delivery arrangements.

Exceptional Customs Charges

International customs regulations can change and, in exceptional circumstances, a destination country or local authority may impose a new, unusual or unforeseen charge that could not reasonably have been calculated or prepaid when your order was placed.

Should this occur, we will work with our delivery partner to resolve the matter wherever reasonably possible.

Any exceptional charge arising from circumstances outside Gio's reasonable control, or as a result of incorrect information supplied by the recipient, additional documentation requested from the recipient, refusal of delivery or failure to comply with local import requirements, may remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We will always endeavour to make international delivery as straightforward as possible and avoid unexpected charges wherever we reasonably can.

Customs Information & Local Requirements

Some countries require additional information from the recipient in order to complete customs clearance.

Our delivery partner or their local customs agent may contact you directly to request identification, tax information or other documentation required by your country's customs authorities.

Providing this information does not necessarily mean that an additional payment is required.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any reasonable customs requirements necessary for delivery.

Parcel Size & Weight

Our standard delivery charges are based on orders falling within our normal parcel size and weight limits.

For unusually large, heavy or multiple-parcel orders, additional delivery charges may apply.

If your order exceeds our standard shipping limits, we will contact you before dispatch to explain any additional cost. No additional shipping charge will be taken without your agreement.

Tracking

All Gio orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please ensure that the email address, telephone number and delivery address supplied with your order are complete and correct, as our delivery partners may use these details to provide delivery and customs updates.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has entered the dispatch process, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Gio cannot accept responsibility for additional delivery or customs costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

However, delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs clearance, adverse weather, local delivery networks, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally cause delays.

If you believe your parcel has been significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery partner.

Refused & Undeliverable Parcels

If a delivery is refused, cannot be completed because incorrect information has been supplied, is not collected following attempted delivery, or is otherwise returned to Gio due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, the order will be treated as a return once it has been received back by us.

Any return delivery, customs, duties or carrier charges incurred by Gio as a result may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

International Returns

Please note that duties, taxes and customs charges paid by Gio in connection with sending an international order are not part of the product purchase price and may not be recoverable when an item is returned.

Where Gio incurs non-recoverable customs, duty, carrier or return shipping costs as a direct result of an international return, these may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.
